Joshua aims to create a safe space where clients can explore and connect with their inner selves, release old patterns, and cultivate a sense of joy and purpose.
Joshua’s approach extends beyond traditional methods to encompass a holistic and vibrational approach. He believes in treating the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – to achieve true healing and transformative growth. This means addressing not just symptoms, but underlying emotional, physical, and spiritual imbalances that may be contributing to distress. Joshua utilizes a range of techniques, including talk therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), hypnotherapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
In his practice, Joshua focuses on empowering adults and adolescents navigating life transitions and trauma recovery relating to chronic illness and disability, as well as issues relating to the LGBTQ2+ community. He is particularly adept in using psychotherapeutic practices to create a strong beneficial alliance which helps clients move towards a trajectory of post traumatic growth.
