Kate Easby (she/her/hers) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years experience working with youth. Primarily, this experience has been lived through working as a high school support teacher both in England and British Columbia, Canada. Known for her strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, Kate is dedicated to fostering a supportive and healing space for individuals, couples, and families.
Kate believes that every human has the natural desire to grow into the best version of themselves. She is committed to providing personalized skills as a vehicle to achieving client empowerment.

Kate is grounded in humanistic principles but believes alternate therapeutic approaches should be considered on an individual basis.

Her counselling expertise lies in relationships and the impacts these have on current concerns. Kate is particularly adept at conflict resolution, anger management, and the impact of attachment on relationships. She endeavors to support individuals in evolving into their optimal selves.
