Maisha Ali (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker (Counsellor) with two years of experience in the field of mental health counselling. In her practice, Maisha focuses on empowering women, navigating racial trauma, cultural and racial identity, and life transitions. Her counselling expertise lies in complex relationships, life transitions, stress management, depression, and anxiety. Maisha is particularly adept at building positive and trusting relationships in a safe space that is engaging and healing. She works towards fostering resiliency, healing trauma, creating a better connection to self, deepening self awareness, and developing effective coping skills.
