About the Counsellor:

Rupi Gill is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) with over five years of experience in the field of mental health counselling and teaching. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Arts in Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Philosophy:

Rupi brings a holistic, non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative approach to her work. She integrates a collection of evidence-based therapeutic approaches developed to address different aspects of clients’ experiences with the all-encompassing goal of helping clients achieve a greater sense of happiness by improving their emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Rupi is dedicated to empowering clients through psychoeducation, assisting them in connecting with their minds and bodies, and fostering self-acceptance. Together, she and her clients can accomplish this by trusting the process of building and maintaining a solid therapeutic relationship.
